PRIVACY POLICY ZJSOLUTION.PL

  1. General
    1. This privacy policy (the "privacy policy") of the website at zjsolution.pl (the "Site") is for informational purposes, which means that it is not a source of responsibility for users of the Site. The Privacy Policy contains, in particular, the rules regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator, including the grounds, purposes and scope of processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects, as well as information regarding the use of cookies and analytical tools on the Website.

Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "the GDPR".
    5. Use of the Site is voluntary.
    6. The provision of personal data by the user of the Website is voluntary, unless the obligation to make it available is provided by law.
    7. The Administrator informs that the lack of consent of the user of the Website to the processing of personal data by the Administrator may result in the impossibility of concluding the contract and selling the goods.
    8. The Controller shall take special care to protect the interests of the persons to whom the personal data processed by him relate, and in particular shall be responsible and ensure that the data collected by him are: (1) processed in accordance with the law; (2) collected for designated legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; (3) substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; (4) stored in a form that identifies the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing and (5) processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by appropriate technical or organizational means.
    9. The Controller shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the law. These measures shall be reviewed and updated if necessary.
  1. BASICS OF DATA PROCESSING
    1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is: (1) the consent of the person to the processing of his/her personal data – Art. Article 6 (1) 1 point. a) GDPR or (2) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party – Art. Article 6 (1) 1 point. b) GDPR.
  1. PURPOSE, BASIS, DURATION AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING IN THE WEBSITE.
    1. The Administrator may process personal data of the user of the Website for the following purposes: (1) performance of the contract with the user of the Site, (2) direct marketing, (3) marketing, (4) the user's opinion about the Administrator or its services, (5) keeping accounts, (6) conducting cases, court and out-of-court, concerning the rights or obligations of the Administrator.
    2. Personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawing or the legal relationship with the Administrator ends (which is the moment after) and 5 years after this event. After this time, personal data will be permanently deleted or archived in such a way that it will not be accessed.

The User of the Website has the right to (1) access, rectification, restriction, erasure or portability of his personal data, (2) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, (3) a complaint to the supervisory authority – in the Republic of Poland: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, (4) object to the processing of personal data.

    1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
    2. Cookies (also called. "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device using the Site and are intended for use on the Site. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
